There are not enough bad things to say about this apartment complex. I am about to end my lease and I feel compelled to find every apartment review site I can find to inform people about this horrible place. So you will see this on other sites fyi.\r \r MAINTENANCE TEAM!\r \r 1. The maintenance team is terrible. I had to have them come 4 times to fix one small problem and they never fixed it. My dial on my oven was broken and it was the one for big eye. First time came said they think they knew what the problem was but didnt' have the parts then never came back. Then they same a second time (after I called) said they knew what the problem was and fixed it so I could use it. BUUUT the dial they gave me was wrong. I had to turn the eye to the 5 position to turn it off instead of the off position which made it very difficult to tell how hot I was making it. Then they came back and gave me two different dials for the oven and left without even entering the apartment and checking to see if it fit which is didn't. I never got it fixed. Then the water in the shower turned cold after about 5 minutes of use which they came did something said they fixed it but never fixed it. Unbelievable.\r \r INFESTATION!!!!!!!!!\r \r 2. They are infested!! My first apartment I got near the lake because why not. I work from home doing tech support from 12am-9am over the phone. At night I have had frogs on several occasions jump on my feet from outside. FROGS REALLY?!! I mean I've heard of roach infestation but jeez. The roaches are everywhere all the time. I've seen them in my bed and once I even saw a freakin spider crawling on my wife as she slept. (Of course I didn't say anything because she would have freaked out like no other). Pest control comes in and sprits some chemicals around the perimeter of the kitchen and behind the toilet and they call that pest control. They are literally in the apartment for about 60 secs. I've had them come twice on my request and they came once on their own. Im almost always home so it was not more than that.\r \r WILDLIFE?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r \r 3. Since my apartment is near the lake at night the ducks are quacking extremely loud. Constantly making noise impossible to sleep when I do happen to be sleeping at night on the weekends.\r \r FLOODING?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r \r 4. When it rains OMG the streets are undrivable. They do not have proper draining and the streets flood. It is dangerous to drive to a parking space that is closer to your apartment. On top of that when I first moved in it was a real pain to have to walk along since the street boarder and the grass to take out the trash but it wasn't that big of a deal (although I had to take the long way because of the flooding). But when the new company took over they built a fence in front of the dumpster. A LONG FENCE. The fence made it completely impossible to get to the dumpster when it rained (unless you wanted to swim with a hand full of garbage)!\r \r READ THE FINE PRINT\r \r 5. The last thing which is may be my fault but still made me really angry. Apparently you need to give them a 60 day notice that you are about to leave the complex or you will be forced to pay them 1-2 months worth of rent. Apparently that is the norm as the lady told me but im sure you reading this would know better then I would.\r \r CONCLUSION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r \r 6. You would be insane to move here. Run and run fast and dont look back.
