I find it interesting that the previous review was so complimentary. I gather it was someone Fran knew, or Fran favored. I found Fran to be curt , rude, and aloof. I thought it was just me, but my daughter and her friend went there to purchase a & a bracelets, and also said they are sooooo rude!. I suppose if I owned such a pretty place, I would be so ugly. The merchandise is what it should be, and they do wrap too.
