DO NOT GO TO DR PULSIPHER. HE WILL DO SERVICES YOU DONT NEED AND CHARGE YOU THAT AND MORE. I came to Dr. Pulsipher for a root canal to see if he could save my tooth. He didn't say one word to me when he came in. Worked on my root canal for 20 min and I was done. I had tons of pain for a good 4 days even with the pain medicine. I went to get a cap put on at my dentist the next week and when he took the temporary off(put on by Dr. Pulsipher) he told me there was a huge fracture in my tooth and that it is un savable. He also told me I should have never gotten a root canal and that the endodontist should have seen that when he did my root canal in he x-ray alone. Now I have to get an implant and got a root canal for no reason. My dentist was very honest and helpful(Dr. Jackson in Pleasant Grove). He wrote up a letter and took pictures for me to take to Dr. Pulsipher and even tried calling him while I was there. Well Dr. Pulsipher wouldn't return his calls so I decided to go talk to him. I went to his office and tried to have an adult conversation and just ask him questions about why he performed the root canal. Well the second he walked in I was being attacked. Everything I said to him he immediately got on the defense. He talked down to me the whole time. I asked him for a full refund and he offered the $350 I paid out of pocket. Well my insurance was charged $580 for a service I didn't need so I asked why he wouldn't refund the whole because I now have to pay for an implant thats $2000. He said,"well then I just won't refund you anything then" in a super snarky voice. Also on my bill I pointed out that I was charged $65 for a consultation and that he didn't even talk to me when I got my root canal and he said,"oh I charge all my clients that". So he just throws that $65 dollars extra for not even talking to you? Seems weird to me. All I'm going to say is I tried to handle the situation like a mature adult and he came in on full attack. He was super rude and handled the situation terribly. I wouldn't recommend him
