Review content:
Club 27 is mostly downs. It does have 3 rooms to party, but most people stay on the 2nd to dance and the 3rd floor is a narrow walkway surrounding the catwalk and some of the DJ booth. The catwalk is great for girls who wanna show off what they got, except most of the girls are south phillys finest and jersey trash. For those who want a real VIP section dont even come to Club 27. It consist of two leather couches (that look worn away) and a few glass tables in the middle. I dont know how many times Ive seen random people drifiting into the VIP section, only to be kicked out minutes later. Personally, if I pay a few hundred dollars to party VIP, I dont want to see someone random siting in my spot. On New Years Eve I heard countless stories of people who never even got their paid for bottels. Did I mention the electricity that goes out everytime I have been there?? Club 27 is great for those who want a typical night out in Philly. Cons: terrible VIP service & trashy atmosphere
