Review content:
Although I have never lived in the Broadview, I have several friends who lived/still live there and are quite happy. The apartments themselves are clean and pretty large, but you can tell they haven't been renovated in a long time. I think the best feature of this high-rise is the staff that runs the front desk. They are always friendly and very helpful for residents and guests. The main downside here is parking; spaces are available both inside and out for a fee; if you're visiting for the weekend though, you've gotta find somewhere else to park. They used to allow guests of residents to park at a discounted rate in their lot, but they've changed it to parents of residents-- this is a pretty good clue that they're starting to cater only to the college crowd. Still, it's a clean and relatively quiet building.
