I used 5280 for a year and always paid the same price. The girls were friendly and always did a good job. Then--out of the blue one day I received a phone call from the office telling me that they were going to start charging me an additional 50.00 to clean our house each time. They used the excuse that because we didn't use them every week (only bi-weekely), not because my house gets too dirty and it takes longer, (it isonly my husband and I in the house) but because they only come twice a month!! They told me that they would come and clean my house and only stay half the time, I agreed. When I came home to check on the girls after 2 hours (they were suppose to stay 3) they were gone!! The house was barely touched!! I called the office and told the lady who answers the phone and she was extremely rude!! She basically said to me "what do you expect". If you want your house cleaned you'll have to pay the price!
Do not use 5280!!
