Review content:
I don’t usually leave negative reviews for businesses, but I feel I have no choice this time.\r \r I have been a customer of MCOR for the past 4 or so years, and have had several vehicles serviced (window tinting and entertainment installations) in this time. I recently took my vehicle for window tinting and requested a specific darkness for my tint. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, the tint was much lighter than I’d requested, and there were bubbles on the windows. I was told the tint would darken and the bubbles should go away.\r \r Several days later (and no change) I called and asked that these things be corrected. After spending $300 originally, you’d think that they’d stand behind their work. No, at first they told me I’d need to spend $200 more (to correct their mistakes). I spoke directly with Matt, the owner, and he would not agree to correct the issue and kept calling me “dear” in a patronizing tone. \r \r Needless to say, I’ll never return nor will I refer any more business to MCOR. This was a costly “lesson” for sure!
