Simply stated, Lance Fletcher is a fantastic attorney who provides his clients with a skillful and professional defense. I hired Mr. Fletcher after being arrested for carrying a knife in NYC. The exact charge was Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree, pursuant to New York Penal Law 265.01(1). Initially, after my arrest, I honestly had no idea how to proceed in finding a good lawyer to represent my case. I previously have never been arrested, nor have I had any criminal history. The concept of looking for a reputable attorney was a little daunting to say the least. Thankfully, after meeting with a several attorneys I was able to locate Mr. Fletcher. He called me back immediately and from the first initial conversation, Mr. Fletcher was nothing short of amazing! During our office consultation I explained my case and shared my concerns as to how this charge would affect my life. To my surprise the final outcome far exceeded my expectations! Mr. Fletcher met with the DA and was able to convince them not to prosecute the case and I was able to walk away with a clean record and never had to appear before a judge.
