Don't do Business here. This dealership should get ZERO stars. They are all smiles and happy before you purchase, but they have terrible customer service once you purchase a car. I've had my car in for service here 3 times and they have screwed up all three times. The first was the installation of dealer ordered accessories; they forgot to return my exhaust system to the proper configuration after they installed the trailer hitch. The second was the free 7500 mile service, where the technician was supposed to check my exhaust system as part of the “safety checks” and he didn't find anything wrong either. A few days later, I noticed my exhaust system was hanging low and wobbles. I checked it and they did not re-install the exhaust hangers. My exhaust system could have fallen off since it was only supported by being bolted to the engine. The latest was the straw that broke the camel's back. My 2013 Santa Fe Sport had a recall on the right front axle. I called on Monday the 23rd to make sure the part was available before I bought my car in. They didn't have it so I was transferred to parts to order it under my VIN number. On Friday the 27th, I got the call that the part had arrived, everything is fine so far. I called back on Monday the 30th and made an appointment for Tuesday morning the 1st of October. I dropped the car off the night before to make sure it gets done early. I get a call at 10 am Tuesday and they tell me they don't have the part. Apparently they had the part on the shelf, never ordered the part and didn't mark it for my car. They used the part on another Santa Fe in for the recall. They now have order the part, but can't tell me when it will arrive. I will be without my car for another full day to get a "simple one hour job" (according to the recall notice) completed. Stay away and do not trust anything they say here. They have no quality control or attention to detail at all.
