Review content:
Replacing the windows was not a priority - until one very cold winter. I had no idea how drafty my ""builder quality"" windows really were until then. I visited the Conservation Construction table at the local Home & Garden show and set an appointment to get an estimate. I was surprised at how expensive windows can be, but even more surprised by how ""quality"" can be defined. They took the measurements and contacted me when they were ready to install. They were in and out in about an hour. Their plan let me replace a few windows at a time - which allowed for me to better budget such a large project. A couple of years later, and I have noticed my heating bill isn't quite so high anymore.
