I had Budget out to my house when my air conditioner broke last month. Of course it had to break during that stretch that temps were in the high 90's Ugh! So I call my home warranty and I get out my list of companies that aren't aloud back at my house. Yes I have one of those! Anyway, they tell me that Budget HVAC and plumbing will be the ones coming out. I check my list and they aren't on there so I say let's give it a shot! A little while later I got a call to schedule my appointment. The girl that I spoke with was very nice and she took the time to give me a brief run down of the process with my home warranty. She scheduled my appointment for the next day which was great cuz I was ready to be out of this heat! When the technician arrived at my house he went right to work fixing my a/c. With in the hour it was fixed! He explained to me the things that needed to be fixed, a motor and something else for the unit outside. I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful the techs carry so many extra parts on the trucks! So needless to say Budget is NOT on my ""you may not come back list"" and I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. $159 for my a/c to be cleaned and checked out in the spring for the season and then they come back in the fall for my furnace! I would definitely recommend Budget for your heating and air conditioning.
