You guys have got to have the BEST customer service I've ever seen! With regard to my order - I can't believe how fast you got my package to me. I placed this order at about 5:30 pm Florida Time on Tuesday October 29, and I received my order this morning before 10 am. That's got to be one of the fastest turn-around-times I've ever heard of - less than 16 hours! Your customer service rep Sam was exceptionally helpful and courteous. So was the rep that called to verify my shipping address. Keep up the excellent work and I will definitely refer all my friends to you. \r
