It's always a pleasure to walk in to an auto repair shop, and feel welcome. Today I brought my 2005 Chevy Equinox in because the A/C compressor died. From the moment I walked in the door, I was met with a handshake, and a barking dog. I will be bringing the car back Wednesday for repair, and will highly recommend that if anybody wants to avoid the BS, and upsale tactics that most other shops seem to use, and get straight up, ""this is what it is"" service. Give American a call. Made me feel like a person, and not an idiot. Thank you, and see you first thing Wednesday\r
