I have been on several long-term temporary assignments via The Execu|Search Group. Every single staff member who I’ve worked with has not only been professional, they were my “cheerleaders.” If I encountered a problem with a difficult work-related situation, I was counseled not to worry. When I was finally hired on a temp-to-perm position, not only was the counselor who set up the interview excited for me, she mentioned the entire team were also excited for me.\r

This company also has an excellent website, with informative, very specific blogs such as “The Art of Answering Unpredictable Interview Questions” and “Highlighting Temporary Roles on Your Résumé.”\r
