On October 13, 2013 my 88 yr old mother and I needed a cab to go 7/10s of a mile, taking 2 minutes from our pickup spot at Megabus in Rensselaer to our home. We were charged $22 after I complained about a $24 charge and the driver called his base and the charge was reduced to $22. IF THIS ISN'T PRICE GOUGING, WHAT IS? And, we handled our own luggage. Also, we have frequently taken different cabs for the same ride and were NEVER charged more than $10 minimum fee. We will NEVER USE DUFFY CAB again!
