After calling numerous places to find wooden windows, we were finally directed to Window Works. Even though they were the only place we could find that would do it, we are still glad we got to work with Jeff and his crew. They know their windows! \r
I was initially unhappy with the inside trim and was hesitant to say anything given that we had just spent tons of money on them. But I shouldn't have been. Jeff was more than happy to figure out a way to make it better and they put in a lot of extra effort to make me happy. Kudos to them!\r
Before you embark on such an enterprise though, make sure you do your research and think it through. You need to pull everything away from the windows and it will be like that for as long as it takes!\r
The guys were great though. Really. Never felt put down for being a woman which is saying something in the South!
