ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE REHAB FACILITY KNOWN TO MAN. We had a loved one admitted here and WE REGRETTED it. Our loved one had soiled linens, isolated and unattended for hours and lost a lot of weight. When we voiced our concerns to The Director, she was very rude, condescending and lacked compassion for our concerns. The food was HORRIBLE. The meals were cold, the food was under cooked and they kept getting our loved one diet wrong, DAILY. We voiced our concern once again to Kitchen staff who stated they were understaffed, lacked supervision and that the Dietary Management staff didn't listen to their concerns or suggestions. So I would advise you that if you LOVE your LOVED one DO NOT SEND THEM TO CARMEL HEALTH & LIVING. I'm seeking legal advice as to why this facility is still in operation, will keep you posted!!!
