I wasn't going to write a review until what happened today. I used them a few weeks ago and was given an estimate of $190. I understood clearly that this was an estimate and the lady on the phone said they will let me know when they are here a more specific price. They were supposed to show up at 11:30. At 12:45 I called the office to ask where they were and the man who answered the phone told me that they were already there. Really?! They ended up showing up about 15 minutes later. The cleaners were very friendly but had no clue what kind of cleaning I wanted that I had specified on the phone. The lead cleaner told me they may need some extra time but would let me know. 3 and a half hours later they were out the door. Never told me anything. The next day I was shocked when they called and said they charged my credit card that I had used to hold the reservations for $328! I called and told them that I did not approve this and something needed to be done. Then the lady I was speaking to put a guy on the phone who said that they had called and told me the price. (He even told me the time they called) A BOLD FACE LIE! I told him I will drive right down there and show him my phone records. He instantly told me he would give me $48 which I agreed with so I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore. He then went on to tell me that we needed to work on better communication to avoid these problems. WHAT?!
This brings me to today. I'm feeding my newborn baby (the reason I had my house cleaned) and I hear people trying to get into my house. Then I hear keys in my door locks. IT WAS THE CLEANERS AGAIN! When I opened the door the key was actually in the lock!! They said that I had another appointment. Um...no! So was that their story or were they going to rob me. The next time I will call the police or if they get into the house god forbid something worse happen, especially with my newborn to protect.
