Review content:
I called for an appointment after a scary E.R. visit during my 17th week of pregnancy. Since, I was waiting for my insurance to become active I had not seen an OB yet. I had a scheduled appointment with a difference practice two days from then, but the E.R. doctor advised I needed to be seen the next day. I called that practice and was told they were booked up and would call me back, and they never did return my call. I waited for over an hour and then started searching for another O.B. to call. I called Oak Creek and was immediately connected to a kind nurse who talked with me and told me she would check the schedule and call me back, which she did promptly. I was scheduled for later that day. Everyone was very friendly. My mind was put to ease, after the situation was explained and I got to hear my baby's heartbeat, which was strong and put my mind at ease. I didn't feel rushed and left feeling better knowing my baby was okay. I was scheduled for an ultrasound for a couple of days later just to double check that everything is progressing normally. I would recommend this practice to anyone and with three convenient locations, and the fact you can see all the doctors for appointments and then decide who you would like to deliver your baby, I feel very comfortable knowing I have options.
