Review content:
I started having issues with my transmission and did not know what to do. I searched for local transmission places, read their reviews and called them. After the person that answered the phone asked me to discribe the issue he recommended I bring in my vehicle as soon as possible. I explained that this was my only car and he told me about a local rental company they deal with and I made arangements with them for transportation until Cottman could look at our vehicle. We got a call later that day explaining what was wrong and what they had to do. Luckily I did not need a new transmission.. They wrer upfront and honest. They explained what needed to be doned and how a transmission worked with parts in their lobby. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is having transmission issues.
