There was a job where Nebraska Home Appliance was suppose to send someone over between 1 and 4 o'clock, but the serviceman called at 4:30, saying he could there by 5.
He came over to check the thermostat on the oven. After he was done, he asked me if there was anything else that needed to be fixed. I liked that. It's nice knowing I could have more than one thing fixed at time without having scheduled it.
Brian is really friendly. I actually made an appointment online, and that worked out great. They did a follow up call to make sure I had scheduled it through the website. I've used them before and will continue to do so.
