I wish I had never decided to live here in the first place. :( Experienced very bad customer service. I stayed here for 10 months and had 3 burglary incidents in my apartment. Locks on the community entrance gates were broken. Unauthorized people would walk in and out of the community. Leasing office guys would talk sweetly to get you move-in but would not listen to any compalints about such things later. They never helped us with some extra security or new locks. They would charge me for every small stuff I asked for. They were a pain in --- to me while I was moving out charging me all random things to be deducted from my deposit. I would even pay $200 more and rather stay in so many better communities in Lake Forest (Forest Glen is worst out of all). Trust me on this, If you want to feel safe and don't want to take all that crap then its a BIG NO for this community.\r
