Recently, I was charged with shoplifting for a high amount. I have a non-citizen status and transferring from F1 visa to OPT. Therefore, I was facing charges related to criminal as well as immigration law. I am more than glad that I chose Mr. Fletcher to defend me for multiple reasons. Mr. Fletcher has an ultimate knowledge in criminal law as well as solid grasp in immigration law. Mr. Fletcher was extremely professional in dealing with my case by being very well organized and punctual he led me step by step in the entire process explaining what and why is happening next. Mr. Fletcher was absolutely available to me by answering any of my questions via mail, phone, and in person any time. Most importantly, Mr. Fletcher was very much straight forward by informing me what outcome he would be able to deliver for me regarding my case, and it did happen exactly what he said it would. As exactly what Mr. Fletcher said, my case was dismissed and sealed whit out any criminal charges, and no immigration consequences.
