Review content:
Having purchased many cars in my life to date, one could honestly say that this was not my first time at the rodeo and as one would, had a pre-conceived notion as to how a car buying experience would play out. Boy was I wrong.\r From the initial contact to the day of pick-up of my new MKZ, the customer service provided by this dealership and the fantastic people that work there, far surpassed and superceeded any and all that was EVER received. My hat goes off to BOB the GM, ED, Wendy, and the rest of the stellar team at Autonation Lincoln Clearwater as there are many companies out there that can learn from the examples you set. From the minute you walk through the front doors, you are considered close family -and we are not talking the ""dreaded in-laws"" While this is my first Lincoln, which I should mention that I am completely over-the-moon with, I can honestly say that it is because of this great product, service, and dealership that they now have a new addition to their family for life, and one who does not have any issues with driving 4-hours each way just to work with them again.
