Do your pets a favor and take them somewhere else. In my opinion, Ms Whiteman and Dr Whiteman expend so much energy in their domestic disputes that the animals' welfare and customer service is completely thrown to the wayside. My dog was injured during grooming (pad of paw cut off) and groomer from Pet Resort took him to Dr Whiteman next door. Dr Whiteman treated wound as superficial and did not prescribe nor administer an antibiotic. Four days later, my once healthy puppy was sicker than I have ever seen an animal. After 3 days in the hospital on IV antibiotics and over $1000 in vet bills, he was finally released and on the road to recovery. Despite their guaranteed pet warranty, WW Pet Resort refuses to accept responsibility or assist us with any vet bills for my dog's injuries. Ms Whiteman initially insisted that it's the groomer's responsibility and that she nor the pet resort were liable. Ms Whiteman now asserts the pet resort is not liable for my dog's injuries (vet bills) and now passes blame to the animal hospital who continues to pass back to pet resort. I find it very frustrating to be caught up in the middle of a fight between ex-husband/wife who can't remain professional and put customers/pets first. \r \r In addition, pet resort will not refund prepaid daycare even though I will never bring any of my animals back to this place. I purchased a $200 punch card which will never be used and apparently never will be refunded.
