Took our 2005 Ford Explorer in. Had no clue why we could not get an alignment situation corrected and needed an overall look over and an oil change. They were quick, well educated and contacted be via phone to tell me their findings and after I gave the go ahead, they completed the issues very quickly and the truck feels GREAT! Very friendly and professional people. My grumpy husband who usually complains about everything told me I had to post a positive feedback ASAP. So I am. I was a little surprised with what I read from previous people. My experience was so great, I took my 2011 Ford Focus to them.
