Review content:
This shop is run by a crook. According to the Park City Sheriff's Department this place has changed hands multiple times recently and each time it seems the new owner is no better than the last. The shop will lie to you about what needs to be done, claim they did it (when they really don't) and then tell you the fix didn't solve the problem and needs more work and thus more money. Before you know it, a $200 repair becomes a $500 repair and then $1,000, etc. I suggest you stay away from them at all costs! This shop is only interested in swapping parts regardless of it actually solving your problem at outrageous markups over retail and with extremely expensive labor charges. They don't care to properly diagnose a problem before starting work, only to rack up as much they can bill you for as possible. Also, their website claims to have ASE Certification but if you search on the ASE website (at least as of today) to verify that, you won't find them in the ASE database. They also claim they are a AAA approved repair shop but again, searching on AAA's website today shows no record of them being an approved shop. I only wish I had done due diligence checking them out before trusting them to look at my vehicle as it would have saved me countless hours of headaches and fighting with this shop and the owner/manager Dave.
