We love our new, 2013 Passat. But sadly we were very disappointed with the sales team at Byers Imports. Their sales people aren't very professional, their sales process and sales manager was quite a bottleneck (took us about 3 hours to purchase once we made a decision to buy) and their delivery of the vehicle was a disaster... our vehicle was promised to be cleaned/detailed and ready-to-go, but they tried to get us to get off the lot without actually cleaning it. Blech. We won't be back to Byers.
