We have been boarding and having our 2 dogs groomed at the Wag Factory since we moved to Charleston over 2 years ago and are more than happy with the services they provide! We had actually never boarded our pups before and were pretty nervous initially, however the staff made us feel more than comfortable with leaving our dogs in their hands. We have now moved to West Ashley, but will continue to use the Wag Factory just based on how happy we have been with our experience there. We definitely recommend the Wag Factory for anyone needing boarding and/or grooming services, especially for those of us like us that had never boarded your pets before!!
