I just relocated here from West Tennessee, and my truck was acting up. After a thorough Google search I came up with B.A.T Boys. I scheduled an appointment to drop off my truck, which I needed the AC fixed, a state inspection, and the problem figured out. They found the problem, but later found out that not only was the sensor bad, but the connector also. I requested additional preventative maintenance to be done, as they had to order the connector from Chrysler. The staff is very courteous to the customer's needs. They fixed several projects at my request over a few days. The work I had done cost close to $900, which was extremely affordable. Back in West Tennessee the work that B.A.T Boys performed would had cost me well close to $1800. I will definitely use them as my full service location for my family's vehicles. They go out of their way to meet your needs, as well as educate you on the problems they encountered with your vehicle, and their advice. I planned on dropping money into my truck anyway, but they were very courteous to make sure that I definitely wanted the "extra work," that I had requested for preventative measures before doing the job. This was by far the best automotive experience that I have encountered. They even gave me a rewards card good for future business, which is great as they definitely made me a fan!
