Review content:
For starters, Mark of MVP Training Studio really cares about everybody. I have a herniated disk in my back and I actually have a hernia as well. For the training he provided for me he did some research and figured out what was best to strengthen my back without hurting me. Other places wouldn't do that. He will send me a text every now and then asking how I'm doing or how I'm feeling or how my workout went that day. He follows up. I've never had that before. When I'm there it's one-on-one training. He's always focused and not doing something else. He's right there with you, talking to you. Mark is probably one of most physically fit people I know, but he doesn't make me feel like I'm out-of-shape. He's very motivated and keeps me motivated. He makes me feel really comfortable and pushes me through with positive reinforcement, which is important. I have recommended several people go to MVP. It's excellent.
