Review content:
University Village at Clemson is a terrible place to live! I heard that University Village had a reputation for trying to pin people with outrageous charges and as I can see after moving out, it is the truth. If I had known how the complex conducted business before, I never would have moved in. I would never recommend this apartment complex to any one ever; the staff is unfriendly, uncompromising, and obviously they are only looking to make a quick buck regardless of the truth and law.\r

The complex is also a very unsafe place to live and the management does nothing to better it! Three of neighbors had their cars STOLEN and two had theirs broken into. The noise is outrageous and there is trash all over the grounds ALL the time!\r
