Review content:
Myself and family was with Dr Mayberry for 8 years. Was good at first, then they installed a computer system to help track the patients needs. Well, it did just the opposite. And that was just the administration issues. On the medical side, it seemed as though he never read my file before my yearly physicals as he would go over things he should already know and forget to schedule important blood work, like my PSA testing. Also felt he was more concerned about his staff than he was his patients after getting scolded for asking a staff member why my PSA was not noted in my lipids AFTER my wife called in and specifically requested the test be done. The final straw was a nasty phone call from his finance people over a $20 co-pay that I was told would be billed to us. We spent well over $20,000 over the years to San Pedro Family Care and they tried to shame us over a $20 co-pay? Extreme lack of class......\r \r h
