Our first complaint was the wait time, and not in the waiting room. The New Hope Center staff repeatedly would call my husband and me to a room, have me give a urine sample, undress, and then sit for as long as an hour, naked from the waist down, waiting for either an ultrasound technician or doctor, depending on the appointment. I have no idea why they feel the need to do this - I have seen a multitude of doctors over the years for various things and have never waited this long in an exam room.\r \r Speaking of ultrasound technicians, I had the good fortune of being trained-in on by a new technician, twice. For $340 an ultrasound, I found this to be absolutely mind-blowing. The more experienced technician was in the room writing down the information while the young woman in-training used the probe. She clearly had no idea what she was doing. After the second time this happened I finally complained to one of the doctors. Infertility treatments are far too expensive to have inexper
