Review content:
Dishonest and misleading. I went to the 42nd Photo because I was looking for the new Canon 70D and on their website, they had the best price. Unfortunately, during the short time I was in New York, BHPhoto was closed because of the Jewish holiday. Well, they do not tell you on the website that the model they advertise is made in Malaysia and the menu is in Japanese and cant be updated. Only discovered this when I asked for the 70D with the 18-135mm len kit. The seller told me that If I wanted the model with multi languages menu, would have to pay more. \r
\r
As I was decided to buy the camera and had little time in NY, I accepted the offer. I also asked for a good Memory Card (16GB Class 10). It was one of the worst decisions I made in life. Upon arriving home, I found that the lens was not the same as the official kit Canon sells. Instead they gave me a simpler lens (IS) and a memory card that doesn't even have a brand on it.\r
\r
The official Canon kit contains a MTS lens, which is much more silent for movie making. I had to return to the store to complain about the lens. They said they could exchange it for the correct lens, but would have to charge more for the other lens because it was not part of the kit they offered. For me, it was clear the malice of the merchants. Avoid them or be very attentive to what you are buying. I'll make shure that I'll alert as many people as possible.
