For general cleaning, my son & I had no problems. The issue I had with this provider was the billing department. I needed a root canal & crown. I was overcharged TWICE for different parts of the procedure. The first time, I was told I would get a refund check for the overcharge, but ended up getting a credit toward the following procedure instead. The second time, I noticed a strange charge on their bill. After the receptionist wasn't able to explain the charge to my satisfaction, I spoke with my insurance company. My insurance company told me they were charging me twice for the same upgrade, so that strange charge was removed. My insurance company also told me that Dobbin Dental Suites fees were higher than average. Also, I had to go to a different dental office for a more complicated part of the procedure (I had no problems with them). The dentists & dental technicians were great, I had very little pain, and the results were good. Just be sure to carefully review your bill and review
