After trying several high end showrooms with sales reps like those at the worst used car lots, we were relieved to meet Spencer, who obviously cares about nothing but quality and the right bed for each customer. We learned that in mattresses, a well-known brand name doesn't buy quality. We bought our first 100% latex bed made at Spencer's factory in Ventura and after two months we are still thrilled with how great it feels - this extremely well-made bed is way better than one we paid 70% more for four years ago; we are sleeping lots better.
