The bad review obviously posted by someone with a grudge. United is an OEM supplier and frequently turns down those inquiring about purchasing proprietary products. This is how some get their revenge. The salesman mentioned in the review left there over 10 years ago as I recall.\r
My company has purchased several million dollars of product from United Spring and Manufacturing over the past 20 years. We have always found them to be fair and honest. For 15 of those years everything was verbal. No written quotes were necessary and we were billed correctly each time. (My company now requires us to get quotes by email or fax from all vendors)\r
I would suggest speaking first with Adam. He manages our account and we have found him to be easy to work with, accessible and eager to assist us after the purchase is completed.\r
This company has consistently done exactly what they told us they would do.\r
I only wish more vendors were this prompt.
