No matter what or when I have a problem, the support staff is always there with lightning fast responses, and actually fixes things, instead of just recommending articles, or instructions on how to do so.
We've had a magento store running since the start of the year with them and it's been rock solid thus far, can't say enough about these guys, will be moving all of our other websites to them soon!
