I hired this service because of the good experience of a friend. He recomended this service because of its reliabilty, fair cost and customer service. When I hired them I had a technical problem that it was not definitely under the duties of Nexcess. Despite that, they gladly assited me in a very fast and efficient way, and solving the problem I had in less than 36 hours. It saved my job, btw and the message was loud and clear: they actually LISTEN to the customer's needs and they give you solutions, not excuses. This guys ROCK. Absolutely. I cannot find enough good words to speak about them.
