Nexcess is one of the most professional and talented company's I have ever
had the opportunity to work with. Their follow through, attention to detail,
and focus are incomparable!!! From start to finish one is guaranteed an
award winning performance with support and service that is not only fast and
efficient, but friendly and unforgettable all in the same breath.
In this competitive business world, an unselfish talented helping hand is
rare indeed. Fighting the tendency to self absorption and doing as little as
possible at work is not difficult as pressures escalate. Yet there is much
gratification in knowing that ones actions were beneficial to another's
life.
Like any worthwhile relationship, a customer-vendor affiliation brings
together ideas and common goals. Striking the delicate balance between likes
and dislikes can sometimes be difficult. Two traits I hold in high regard
personally and professionally are talent, integrity, kindness and respect.
Consequently I am compelled to tell you that customer service displayed by
Nick while working on my store was superior and his willingness to go over
and beyond the call of duty makes the reason I will remain with Nexcess
forever, obvious.
Nicks commitment to a tiptop ship is evident. I will always be grateful for
his incredible talent, creativity and assistance.
In my profession, I see many operations unlike Nexcess that are full of
discontent and disregard for clients and corporate goals. Seeing their truly
sincere efforts in a pleasant atmosphere is my welcome mat for all my
professional needs. This says much about Nexcess company's associates
talent, their character and work ethic.
I salute Nick today for his incredible talent and professionalism in
maintaining a department full of enthusiasm and creativity. With Nick, Brett
and Will at the helm Nexcess is destined to be the best from port to port.
