This place isn't a restaurant it is an experience. Make sure you go with someone you really love or with a group you can talk to for six hours because the meals take that long.
Each dish in this prix fixe menu is astoundingly inventive and always changing. This is not the faint of heart, but for folks who can appreciate new and interesting flavors all the time.
When we went for instance, the between dish refresher wasn't a traditional salad, but instead we had a tomato foam. A flavor richness I can still remember.
As the name suggests, everything is about fresh herbs and great flavors. I highly suggest, you book a room at the Willows for afterwards since you'll be drinking the perfectly matched wine for hours through the night.
Reservations are nearly impossible to get, but try it for that ultra special occasion with folks who appreciate rich inventive and even fun flavors and cooking.
