I can't say enough about the staff at Nexcess. Over the last few years they've consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my hosting needs. They have always addressed my support tickets with a real interest in the project, and as a busy web developer it is priceless to have that sort of team behind you. And while resolving the issue would be fine enough, the Nexcess staffers take additional steps to help me understand why I had problems in the first place, and they often explain how to avoid them in the future. The fact that they aim to make their customers smarter about hosting proves how much they care about the success (and sanity!) of their customers. The support team is dedicated, interested, and smart enough to work through a multitude of server, application, and scripting issues. I'm a customer for life.
