Nexcess have all the best of neccesary for an excellent global service/product:
- Excellent product: In my case Magento SIP-100, works like a charm. I was tried some dedicated managed hostings (not magento specialist) and I was have problems each 2-3 days. With nexcess I never have any hosting problem and now loads very fast!
- Excellent support: I was have replied all my questions, is not a problem for this boys if is very easy or very hard to solve, only take some minuts for the reply, most times solved in first reply. This boys never go to the bed hehe, I was sending questions in any hour and I have my reply, technical or comercial, is not a problem.
I am very happy with nexcess!! :)
