I have been on both sides of Ashby I have been a patient and an employee. As a patient I always received the care and supplies I needed and was treated very well by my nurses (even under the painful circumstances). Also I have worked for Ashby for over a year and I have never worked for a more honest company. They treat all of their employees and patients very well, like we are all a big family. I have worked in home health for 7 years and have on several occasions wondered if what I was asked to do was ethical or legal, I have also on several occasions been frustrated because a patient was left without because it was not covered by insurance. With Ashby I have not run into those same frustrations, if the patient is in need of something it is provided no questions. I have and would continue to recommend Ashby to friends and family.
