Watch out for this company, they scam/take advantage of customers. They are no different than a shady mechanic who cheats to get customer service, relying on volume, rather than repeat customers.\r

We called on a crunch, because our handy man ALREADY diagnosed a problem and knew what part we needed for our water heater...BUT he did not have the part. We called C&C to see if they had the part, and they said they do. So we agreed to pay for them to come and replace the part since they already had the part (rather than our handyman trying to locate it and then installing).\r

C&C shows up WITHOUT the part, and wanted to charge us for troubleshooting the issue. We were as SPECIFIC as you can get, telling them we already know what the issue is, AND what part we needed. For them to lie just to be able to come out and then charge us is unbelievable. We of course turned them away.\r

HOWEVER, they are demanding payment now, and even sent this account to collections. It's an easy bill to pay but for PRINCIPLE, I will continue to fight this.\r

Watch out for companies that try to bully their way and cheat customers out of money!
