Review content:
Front staff is rude and unsympathetic. You never see a physician. They will cancel your appointments even if they have not talked to you personally. Their phone system is horrible. The length of time that you spend on the phone waiting to speak with a real person instead of the automated voice is longer than you driving to the next state for treatment. The office is disorganized. They seem more concerned about their staff meetings than the welfare of their patients. I would not refer anyone to this clinic.
