EXTREMELY HAPPY! I met with 3 pool companies before I decided on Westrock. Westrock has been extremely professional during this entire process. They just put in a 18 x 38 in ground pool. Every contractor that has come to my house has been wonderful. They have all been kind, friendly and very hard workers. I have watched the pool installers, plumbers, electricians etc work in 102 degree heat and also in the rain. Within 1 1/2 weeks my pool was in and running. Andy, Bobby, Terry, Ronnie, and Joan have been in touch with me every step of the way. I was never chasing them down, they were never avoiding me, if I had any questions they were always available to answer them. I am very thankful for all their help and guidance. Westrock is a great company! If you are thinking about putting a pool or spa in, Westrock is the way to go!!
