We were really impressed with the follow up and explanations Superior Moving & Storage provided us. After the initial estimate, they sent a letter and literature about moving and provided moving tips, which were really helpful. In addition to that the office called every few day's to check with us if we had any additional questions asking if we were ready to book moving services. Out of all the companies we interviewed they were definitely the most professional. We hired Superior Moving to pack our house and to move, it was a 3 day move. The move went great, we had Robert as our lead mover and driver, him and his team were very good. Obviously well experienced and have been moving for a long time. I was shocked how he was able to maneuver that big tractor trailer like it was a small car. They took care with our belongings, were polite and professional and all in all did a very good job. The office called a day after the move to ask how everything went and if we were 100% satisfied. I felt this was great customer service, and when I told them how well everything went and thanked them. They asked me to share my experience by writing a review about the move and about Superior Moving and to also refer anyone I knew who was moving now or in the future. I think they were great and beat my expectations on a perfect move.
