After listing our house for sale, flyers from moving companies came in like a swarm of locusts, but three of the flyers stood out, so we thought we’d give them a try. An employee from one company we called to interview was rude and surly over the phone, made the ordeal seem like an inconvenience and refused to even come out and do an estimate. The other two, American Van Lines and Superior Moving & Storage were more obliging and came out. Superior Moving was—hands down—a lot more professional and gave a better presentation, so we chose Superior Moving and were very impressed with the whole process. Meekel came out and conducted the estimate very professionally and kept us informed all along the way with constant contact through follow-up calls and e-mails. My job is in HR and I’ve been trained to be extremely picky and thorough, so for this company to impress me says a lot. Superior Moving & Storage is true to its name—definitely superior through and through. They did an excellent job and I can say without hesitation that I’m comfortable referring them to my family and friends in need of moving.
